As we sell fresh, perishable products, we are not required to provide a refund or exchange if you change your mind after purchase.
Issues with Your Order
If your seafood is not of acceptable quality, spoiled, or different from what was described, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

In some cases, we may request photos or that the item be returned (if safe to do so) to assist in processing a refund or replacement.
To complete your return or refund request, a valid proof of purchase is required.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or doesn’t match the description.
