Claudios Quality Seafoods is an Australian family owned company that was established in 1985.Seafood has been away of life for the establishers of Claudios Quality Seafood as far back as the late 1950’s. Throughout this time our family has owned and operated several successful retail outlets in NSW.

In 1985 Jack Costi the original founder; purchased the local fish store titled ‘Waterfront Seafood’ located at the Sydney Fish Markets with his brother in law Greg Imisides and together renamed the store Claudios Quality Seafoods.

In the year 2000, Jack Costi retired from the family business handing down the duty to his son George Costi. Today George Costi and Greg Imisides are the current owners of Claudios Quality Seafoods.

Since its inception Claudios Quality Seafoods has built its name to be the most reputable and most trusted in the seafood industry providing Sydney shoppers with the best quality, most freshest and most affordable seafood in town.

Our store continues to thrive and today is one of the most iconic features at the Sydney Fish Markets.
